Employee Self Service

The ESS module is connected to the other HR modules and therefore presents a live account of his/her data online.  It enables paperless communication so that leaves can be applied for online and the Manager can also Sanction / Reject the same online.  All validations would be taken care off before leave sanctioning.  Similarly Employees can view their rosters or their monthly attendance online so that if there is any discrepancy, the same can be rectified early.  Duplicate Payslips, Tax Calculation reports can also be seen by the Employees.
